马凯

马凯，1992年生，博士，副研究员。云南省兴滇英才计划“青年人才”，宾夕法尼亚洲立大学访问学者。主要从事国际河流水文水资源系统变化与跨境水安全研究，聚焦深度学习水文模型研发与遥感技术应用，开展气候变化下多尺度水文过程及其驱动机制、洪旱影响与演变规律，以及水安全调控等工作。研究成果在Water Resources Research、Journal of Hydrology、Hydrology and Earth System Sciences等期刊发表论文三十余篇。成果荣获高被引“Top cited Article”、WRR期刊“Editors’Choice Award”等荣誉。
