丁城志,1982年生,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。主要从事鱼类生态学和资源保护相关的教学科研工作。近年来,在多项国家级、省部级等项目连续支持下,以人类活动扰动下的西南国际河流和重要湖泊为研究区,长期开展鱼类资源本底调查、鱼类多样性格局变化及预测、鱼类栖息地修复技术等研究。系统揭示了西南重要河流和湖泊的鱼类多样性现状、变化规律与机制,首次明确了河流拆坝对以鲤科鱼类为主的鱼类群落的恢复效果及其作用机理,为水生生态系统管理和保护提供了科学支持。近5年来以第一或通讯作者发表论文40余篇,获云南省科技进步一等奖2项(分别排名第9和第10)。入选云南省高层次人才青年项目,现任云南高原土著鱼研究院科技副总,Ecology of freshwater fish编委和云南省水产学会常务理事。

招生专业及方向

招收自然地理学、生态学、资源与环境专业的硕士生,自然地理学、资源与环境专业的博士生。研究生主要开展鱼类生态学,鱼类生物地理学,梯级水电工程对鱼类多样性的影响评价及预测;鱼类资源保护与受损栖息地修复等方向的研究。热忱欢迎具有环境科学、生态学、生物学、地理学、水产养殖学等专业背景,熟练掌握生物学或生态学实验技能,或熟悉python、R等计算机语言,热爱野外工作的同学报考。
